Digital Products — General Policy
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the guide has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods, as the content cannot be "returned."
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read the exceptions below.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly provide a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical issues: You purchased a guide but were unable to access or download it due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same guide twice. Contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
- Significantly misrepresented content: The guide's content is materially different from what was described on the product page. We take our product descriptions seriously and want them to be accurate.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right — whether that means answering your questions, providing additional resources, or issuing a refund at our discretion. We want every customer to feel the purchase was worth it.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the guide.
- You claim the content did not cure or treat a medical condition. (Our guides are educational, not medical treatments — please consult a doctor for medical concerns.)
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date (outside of technical issues).
- Requests from accounts that have previously received a refund for the same or similar products.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@flowwellglp1.clinic with:
- Your name and email address used at checkout.
- The name of the guide you purchased.
- Your order or receipt number (available in your purchase confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are a small business and chargebacks carry significant fees. We will always try to resolve legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
